….Crabs. Millions and millions of them invading a place called Christmas Island (located in the Indian Ocean, territory of Australia). It’s an annual migration of these crabs at the beginning of the wet season (usually October / November) where they journey from the forest to the sea to breed and lay eggs. The migration attracts the interest of national and international visitors as well as the local community. If you are interested in seeing this spectacle, the best places to view it from are at Flying Fish Cove, Ethel Beach and Greta Beach.
