Coldplay recently released their fourth CD, Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends, on June 13, 2008. On July 10, 2008, the album hit number one on the charts internationally.

I have the CD myself and I think it’s awesome- I can’t stop listening to it. It definitely has an international feel to it, with sounds of many different musical instruments adding to Chris Martin’s breathtaking vocals.

The kickoff of the North American tour was on July 14 and Coldplay will continue their international tour around the globe. I have heard nothing but great things about Coldplay concerts and would love to go to one of their performances if the prices weren’t so high.
